tennis teams
We run eight men's, ladies’ and mixed teams, which compete in the Surrey and Woking doubles leagues. Team tennis is a fantastic way to meet other members, and form close friendships as you support, congratulate and (occasionally!) console one another.
While we don’t think there’s anywhere better to play tennis than at Esher Tennis Club, travelling around the local area and sampling other courts and clubhouses at away matches is undoubtedly enjoyable.
Matches are usually played on Sunday mornings, and are made up of eight sets by teams of two pairs, with each pair playing two sets against each opposing pair. A tie-break is played at six games all. Rules may be subject to change.
