FAQs

  • What happens if a session is called off due to bad weather?

Our all-weather courts mean we’re able to run coaching sessions in almost all conditions. However, if it is unsafe to run a session, we will cancel and provide credits which can be used to book future sessions.

  • I've booked a session that I now can't make. Can I have a refund?

Unfortunately bookings can’t be refunded or amended, other than in exceptional circumstances and in this event we would offer credits. This is due to the costs incurred for making changes to bookings and for processing refunds.

  • My child doesn't have their own racket. Can they borrow one?

No problem, the club has a small selection of rackets you can use. We would encourage members to purchase their own rackets however.
